Game Servers
Minecraft or Terraria — what should I choose?
It depends on the kind of experience you want. Minecraft is great for building, while Terraria is more about adventure, battles, and exploration. We support both — you can test each option for free before ordering.
How do I create a cross-platform server?
Terraria servers are cross-platform by default starting from version 1.4.4. To create a cross-platform Minecraft server, you need a Minecraft: Java Edition server with the Geyser plugin installed. You can get more details from support.
Can my server run 24/7?
Yes, your server runs 24/7 throughout the paid rental period, regardless of player count.
How do I make my server private?
Enable whitelist mode (Minecraft) or require a password to join (Terraria). More details are available from support.
How do I migrate a server from another host?
You can migrate via FTP: download the files or archive from your old host, then upload them to your new server using the file manager or FTP. We can assist with migration — just create a support ticket.
How do I install addons on the server?
Depending on the game and core, you can install plugins, mods, or addons. Upload them to the corresponding folders (/plugins, /mods, /addons) using the file manager or FTP. Support can provide more details.

How do I open the control panel?

What server operations are available?
In the control panel you can: start, stop, restart, reinstall, pay for the server, view console, manage backups, use the file manager, and configure scheduled tasks.
What server settings are available?
You can configure: automatic restart, auto-renewal, auto-updates, server name, player slots, core and version, libraries, IP and ports, and plan.
What is the server console?
The console is a real-time management tool. It shows logs, player messages, and system notifications. You can also enter admin commands directly in the console.
What are server backups?
Backups are full copies of your server files. There are two types: automatic (created nightly) and manual (created manually in the control panel).
How do I connect to the server via FTP?
Download and open any FTP client, then enter the connection details from the “FTP Access” section in the control panel. Support can provide more details.

How do I add a friend as a server collaborator?
Go to the “Collaborators” section in the control panel and click “+” in the upper-right corner. Set the expiration date and permissions.

How do I order a server?
Choose your game on the “Supported Games” page or in the “Hosting” section in the site header, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Is there a free trial before purchase?
Yes, you can use a 4-hour free trial. No restrictions by game, plan, build, etc.
How long does server creation take?
After confirming the order, server creation takes no more than 2–3 seconds. You will receive an email notification once installation is complete.
What can I configure when ordering a server?
During ordering you can choose: game, core and version, plan, country and node, billing period, and enter a promo code.
How do I choose a server region?
During order setup, at the “Server Location” step select “Manual”, then choose a node. For each node you can view: country, data center, hardware, load level, and ping.
What affects the server price?
The price depends on the game, plan, billing period, and whether a promo code is applied.
What additional services are available?
You can order additional ports and a dedicated IPv4 address.
